QMZM-25单孔膜曝气器由ABS材料制作而成的上、下管夹和配套橡胶膜片组合而成的新型供气充氧装置。在曝气生物滤池工艺中，单孔膜曝气器通过向滤料层强制输送高流速的空气来满足滤料上的微生物新陈代谢所需要的足够和稳定的氧份。整个滤池内部的布气均匀、气量稳定提高了系统的有机负荷要求。

  独特的上、下管夹层插连接方式，更大限度的方便了安装工作，单只曝气器不需要切断供气管道即可实现自由拆装。整体结构设计坚固，避免了多次搬运过程中的损坏。上管夹的气流出口处没有凹凸等分，规避了堆积的滤料层对膜片张幅的影响。

  1、管道入库、运输应捆扎，每捆重量一般为50kg,水平堆放在平整的地面上，。堆放高度不得超过1.5米，应尽量避免无规则的堆放和曝晒。

  5、曝气管网在设计过程中必须按照0.5-0.8米左右的距离考虑安装可调节固定支架。

  6、管网组装完毕后，需及时调平，以落差高度不超过1cm为宜，进行清水试漏，确保无接口漏气后再投入使用。
